Shipping policy

We currently deliver within Norway only.

We dispatch your parcel the same day or the following day. Normal delivery time is 2–7 business days.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you place your order, followed by another email when your parcel has been dispatched. The dispatch email includes a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

If your parcel is delayed

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact support@laley.no. Your rights in the event of a delay are set out in our terms of sale.
